# Connect Limio

> Connect your Limio environment's MCP server as a Daoco integration.

Limio is a **Preview** Commerce & Website integration. Use it when Daoco should read or change Limio subscription offers, pricing, offer pages, and orders from chat, for example to check which offers a campaign page shows or how many orders a promotion brought in.

## Before you start

* Your Limio environment must be on Release 115 or later.
* A Limio admin must turn on **MCP Access** for your Limio user. It is off by default.
* Have your Limio environment URL ready, for example `https://acme.prod.limio.com`, or your own domain if Limio serves your environment there. Each environment (sandbox, pre-production, production) has its own URL, and a brand connects one at a time.

## Connect Limio

**1. Open the Limio card**

In Daoco, open **Connections** -> **Integrations** -> **Commerce & Website** and choose **Limio**.

**2. Enter your environment URL**

Paste your Limio environment URL and choose **Connect**. Daoco checks that the address publishes Limio's MCP sign-in before it continues.

**3. Sign in to Limio**

Sign in with your usual Limio login. Daoco acts as that Limio user, so it can do only what your Limio permissions allow.

To switch environments, enter the other environment's URL on the card and connect again. The current environment stays connected until the new sign-in succeeds. Disconnecting Limio also forgets its environment, so the next connection starts from the URL.

## What Daoco asks before it acts

Limio's MCP server sends every API call, read or write, through one tool that can also delete data and return customer records. Daoco asks you before every Limio call, including reads. Approving one call never approves the next, and nothing else can answer for you: not autonomy presets, recurring tasks, assistant grants, the connection's **Never ask** setting, or turning approvals off for a thread.

> [!WARNING]
>
> Check the method and the offer, page, or order named on each approval card, especially before price changes or bulk updates. Connect a sandbox environment first if you want to try a workflow safely.
