# Social Inbox preview

> Understand Social Inbox preview status, supported actions, and unsupported-platform caveats.

Social Inbox is labeled as a preview surface because behavior, platform coverage, and data shape can change. It is not listed in the workspace-gated preview flag registry.

## Supported actions

* Search conversations.
* Filter by platform.
* Switch between Open, Resolved, and Archived.
* Refresh connected account inbox metadata.
* Read conversation details.
* Reply when the provider supports replies. LinkedIn replies may require a completed [LinkedIn browser session](/connections/social/linkedin).
* Add internal notes.
* Resolve or archive conversations.

## Unsupported-platform caveats

| Platform area   | Current caveat                                                                          |
| --------------- | --------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- |
| TikTok          | Some connections may show inbox support as unavailable.                                 |
| Pinterest       | Pinterest does not currently expose inbox support in daoco.                             |
| Other providers | Conversation and reply support depends on provider APIs, permissions, and account type. |
