The free tools at daoco.org/tools run real Daoco work on your website without an account. You paste a URL, Daoco reads your public pages, and you get a brand memory with the sources behind each fact. From that page you can run up to three free actions. When you sign up, everything on the page moves into your new brand, so onboarding starts with it already filled in.

The brand memory

Paste your website address. Daoco checks that it is a business or brand site, reads up to eight of its pages, and builds:
  • Positioning, audience, and the problems you solve.
  • Voice: tones and writing notes.
  • Products and offers your pages describe.
  • Visual identity: colors, fonts, and logo.
  • Competitors. Ones your own pages name are marked as sourced. Ones found by searching for alternatives are marked as likely.
  • Social profiles linked from your site.
Each fact lists the pages it came from and how confident Daoco is. If someone already ran your site in the last seven days, you get that result right away.

Actions on the result page

Each action uses the brand memory as its context. The AI search check uses each provider’s API with web search turned on. Answers can differ from what the consumer ChatGPT, Perplexity, or Gemini apps show a signed-in person.

Compare your social accounts

This action compares your social accounts. Pick up to three platforms and enter your email. Then select Connect on each one: a sign-in window from that platform opens, and you approve it there. Daoco reads that account’s recent posts and their numbers as soon as it is connected, and the page shows each account as read. The report builds once every account you picked is read, or straight away when you select Build my report with at least one read. Engagement rates are each platform’s own measure, so the report compares each account with its own median, not with each other. Accounts whose platform shares no numbers are shown as “metrics unavailable” and left out of the comparison.
  • We read your posts once and keep no access. Each sign-in is used for one read. Then Daoco deletes its copy and revokes it where the platform allows and it is safe for your existing connections. Facebook authorization is left in place because revoking it could disconnect your other Pages. Instagram, Threads, and LinkedIn have no revoke for apps like Daoco, so there the access expires on its own. If revoking fails, the report says so, and you can remove Daoco in that platform’s app settings. If the account is already connected to a Daoco brand, Daoco leaves that connection alone. Only the post numbers are kept, for the report. Nothing is posted.
  • Only the browser that created the result can connect an account, so a shared result link cannot be used to start a report.
  • Your email is used only to send you the report link, and is removed once the report is sent.
  • Platform notes: on Facebook, Daoco reads the first Page you manage. Instagram needs a business or creator account. LinkedIn Pages show each post; personal LinkedIn profiles share totals only. Threads likes and views need a permission that is still in review, so a Threads report may show posts without numbers.
  • If you decline or close a sign-in window, nothing is read from that account. Try again, pick another platform, or select Cancel. Cancelling before any account is read gives the free action back; after that, the accounts already read stay and you can still build the report. A report left waiting is finished from what was read after 15 minutes, or given back if nothing was.
After you sign up, connect each account again from your brand to keep using it; post analytics then tracks it over time.

Limits

  • Three free actions per result page.
  • A few brand memories per day from one network, and a daily limit across all visitors. When a limit is reached, the page says so; signing up lets you keep going.
  • Result pages expire after 30 days unless you save them to Daoco.
  • Result pages are not listed in search engines. Anyone with the link can view one; only the browser that created it can save it into an account.

Save it to Daoco

Choose Save this to Daoco and sign up. Daoco creates your brand and brings over:
  • The brand memory, as your onboarding draft, ready to review.
  • Drafts from Draft my week, as drafts in your calendar.
  • The buyer questions and answers from How AI and search see you, as your AI visibility question set and first run, with the fixes.
  • Competitors that have a website, in competitor tracking.
The account report stays on the saved result page.

Get it approved

daoco.org/tools/get-it-approved sends one piece of work out for sign-off without an account, for you or your reviewers. It does not start from your website.
  1. Upload up to three files (images, PDFs, or videos, in any mix), or paste the text to review, up to 20,000 characters. You can add text next to the files.
  2. Give it a title, enter your email, and add up to five reviewer emails.
  3. Select Send for approval. Daoco emails you a link to confirm your address.
  4. Open that link. Each reviewer then gets an email with a private link. Nothing is sent to them before you confirm, and opening the link again sends nothing more.
Until you confirm, the review page says so and offers Send it again in case the email was lost. Keep the email: its link also opens your review from any browser. A review you never confirm is deleted after two days. On the review page, a reviewer reads or watches the work, leaves comments, and selects Approve or Request changes with a note. On a video, clicking the picture pins the comment to that moment and that spot, and every pinned comment is a marker on the timeline. A reviewer can take a decision back with Change my decision. You see who approved, who asked for changes, and every comment as it happens, and Daoco emails you when a reviewer decides. A request for changes arrives with the reviewer’s note in the email. You can remove a reviewer, which turns off their link, and delete the review at any time. If an invitation could not be sent, the review page names the reviewers who were not reached and offers Send invitations again. You can also send one reviewer a new invitation from their row if they say it never arrived. A new invitation carries a new link, and the earlier one stops working. Each reviewer can be sent up to four invitations, at least a minute apart.
  • Files: up to three per review. PNG, JPEG, WebP, or GIF images and PDFs up to 25 MB each. MP4, MOV, or WebM videos up to 200 MB and 10 minutes each. A comment pinned to a video stays with that video.
  • Access: only someone holding a private link can open a review. A link works for whoever has it, so share it with care. Review pages are not listed in search engines.
  • Limits: a few new reviews per day from one network, and up to 200 comments of 2,000 characters each on a review.
  • Retention: the review, its comments, and its files are deleted after 30 days.
  • Email addresses are used only to send the review links and your updates.
A free review stays where it is when you sign up. Inside a workspace, reviews run in stages, keep every version, and hold a post until it is approved.

Post preview and character counter

daoco.org/tools/post-preview is a free checker that needs no URL and no account. Paste a post to see it on X, LinkedIn, Instagram, Threads, and Bluesky with each platform’s character count (X counts every link as 23 characters; Bluesky counts emoji as one character), where the “see more” fold falls, and the link and hashtag rules that apply. After you save a result to your brand, new work starts in your workspace. Free actions already running finish and save there automatically.
