Hover the post and open its available analytics. Campaign views and chat
panels can also surface related performance data.

Review performance
Check available metrics such as likes, comments, shares, reach, views,
engagement rate, and per-platform breakdowns.

Ask for interpretation
Use brand chat or the analytics panel to ask what worked, what
underperformed, and what to try next.
What to expect
Ask “What’s working in my recent posts?” in brand chat to analyze stored published-post metrics. The content analysis report shows platform coverage, top and bottom posts, and patterns by format, hook, length, and publishing time. You can narrow the request to a platform, connected account, or lookback window. Rates use the visibility metric available for each platform. Missing visibility means an unknown rate, not zero engagement. Findings with fewer than three measured posts are labeled as small samples. Comparisons use the previous report with the same platform, account, lookback window, and post limit. Threads insights and expanded YouTube analytics require additional permissions when available for your workspace. Older connections may need to reconnect. Without those permissions, the report identifies missing data or uses the metrics the existing connection can read.- Metrics depend on each provider’s API and the account permissions you granted.
- Some metrics arrive later or refresh on a delay.
- Use Refresh on post or campaign analytics when you want daoco to request the latest available provider metrics.
- Imported native posts may have different metric coverage than posts published through daoco.
- Campaign analytics can combine linked post performance for campaign-level review.
- If a platform returns an error, daoco backs off repeated refreshes and keeps the last successful snapshot when one is available.
