Work an inbox queue

Open Inbox
Choose Inbox from the sidebar.

Filter conversations
Use search, platform filters, and status tabs for Open, Resolved, and Archived conversations.

Select a conversation
Review the thread details and the connected account context.

Reply or add a note
Reply when the platform supports it, or add an internal note for your team.

Resolve or archive
Move completed conversations out of the open queue.
