The Inbox surface brings supported social conversations into daoco so your team can review and respond from one place.
Inbox is a preview surface, but it is not one of the owner-gated preview flags in the feature flag registry. See Social Inbox preview for status details.

Work an inbox queue

Open Inbox

Choose Inbox from the sidebar.

Filter conversations

Use search, platform filters, and status tabs for Open, Resolved, and Archived conversations.

Select a conversation

Review the thread details and the connected account context.

Reply or add a note

Reply when the platform supports it, or add an internal note for your team.

Resolve or archive

Move completed conversations out of the open queue.

Unsupported-platform caveats

Some platforms do not expose inbox data or replies in the way daoco needs. TikTok inbox support may be unavailable for some connections, and Pinterest does not currently expose inbox support here.
