MCP connections let daoco read and write data in connected commerce and site tools through governed provider connections.
Enable MCP connections
Open Organization settings
Go to Organization Settings.
Enable MCP connections
In Preview Features, turn on MCP connections and save.
Open Connections
The MCP area appears in Connections when the preview is enabled.
Supported providers
| Provider | What it can help with |

| Shopify Admin | Catalog, products, inventory, merchandising, SEO, metafields, and store summaries. |
| Square | Items, orders, customers, payments, sites, and other Square-hosted MCP tools. |
| WordPress | WordPress.com site and content tools allowed by your WordPress role and enabled MCP settings. |
Use MCP from chat
Use /mcp or ask about a connected provider.
/mcp Review my Shopify product titles and suggest SEO improvements.
/mcp Check my WordPress pages for missing meta descriptions.
Writes use the scopes you granted. Review proposed changes and diffs before approving provider updates.
