Supported actions

  • Search conversations.
  • Filter by platform.
  • Switch between Open, Resolved, and Archived.
  • Refresh connected account inbox metadata.
  • Read conversation details.
  • Reply when the provider supports replies. LinkedIn replies may require a completed LinkedIn browser session.
  • Add internal notes.
  • Resolve or archive conversations.
