Schedule posts to publish at a specific date and time instead of posting immediately.

Scheduling from chat

Ask the assistant to schedule a post by including a date or time in your prompt.
Schedule this post for next Tuesday at 10am.
Publish this to Instagram and LinkedIn on March 15 at 2pm EST.
The assistant will prepare the post, show you a preview, and ask for approval before scheduling.
You must approve the schedule before it is set. Nothing publishes without your confirmation.

Publishing vs. scheduling

  • Publish now: The post goes live immediately after you approve it.
  • Schedule: The post is queued and will publish automatically at the scheduled time.
You can choose either option during the approval step. If you do not specify a time, the assistant will ask whether you want to publish now or schedule for later.

Calendar view

The calendar gives you an overview of all scheduled posts across your workspace.
  • Use the month navigation arrows to move between months.
  • Each day cell shows the number of posts scheduled for that day.
  • Click on a day to open a popover with details about the scheduled posts.

Day popovers

When you click a day on the calendar, a popover shows:
  • A list of posts scheduled for that day.
  • The target platform for each post.
  • The scheduled time.
  • A quick link to view or edit the post.

Editing scheduled posts

You can edit a scheduled post before it publishes:
  • Open the post from the calendar day popover.
  • Make changes to the copy, media, or target platforms.
  • Save your changes. The scheduled time stays the same unless you change it.

Unscheduling a post

To remove a post from the schedule:
  • Open the post from the calendar.
  • Choose to unschedule it. The post moves back to draft status and will not publish.
You can also ask the assistant in chat:
Unschedule the LinkedIn post I had set for Friday.

Multi-platform scheduling

You can schedule the same content to publish across multiple platforms at the same time or at different times.
Schedule this post for Instagram at 9am and LinkedIn at 11am on Thursday.
Each platform gets its own scheduled entry, so you can edit or unschedule them independently.
Stagger posting times across platforms to maximize reach instead of posting everywhere at once.
