Inline cards vs workflow panel
- Inline cards in chat usually show specialist or research work in progress, along with status and expandable details.
- Workflow panel content is used for richer previews and interactive steps like assets, post details, and formatted article output.
- Both belong to the same conversation, so you can review the result and continue refining it in chat.
Panel modes
The panel switches between modes depending on what content the assistant generates. You can also switch modes manually using the dropdown at the top of the panel.Assets
Shows generated images, variations, and visual assets. Use this view to compare options, download files, or ask the assistant to regenerate.Post Info
Displays structured post details: caption text, selected platforms, hashtags, and media. This is where you review and edit post content before publishing or scheduling.Post Preview
Shows a visual preview of how your post will look on each target platform. Use this to catch formatting or length issues before publishing.Article Preview
Appears when the assistant generates or processes long-form content like blog drafts or repurposed articles. Shows the formatted output for review.Thumbnails
Displays generated thumbnail options for video or visual content. You can select, regenerate, or download from this view.Auto-expansion behavior
The panel opens automatically when the assistant generates content that needs a visual display. For example:- Generating an image opens the Assets view.
- Preparing a post opens Post Info or Post Preview.
- Processing an article opens Article Preview.
- Research and specialist cards may stay inline in the chat instead of taking over the panel.
Mode switching
Use the dropdown at the top of the panel to switch between available modes. Not all modes are available at all times. The dropdown only shows modes that have content to display.Lifecycle states
Every workflow request moves through a series of states. The panel shows which state you are in.Planning
Your request is being analyzed and broken into steps. No action needed from you yet.Executing
The assistant is running the work: generating images, writing copy, or preparing posts. The panel may update in real time as results come in.Artifact ready
The result is ready for you to review. You can edit, download, or ask for changes.Awaiting approval
The assistant needs your confirmation before proceeding. This happens for actions like publishing a post. Review the content and approve or reject.Completed
The workflow finished successfully. Results are available in the panel and in your workspace.Failed
Something went wrong. Read the error message, then retry or adjust your prompt. Common fixes include simplifying your request or checking that your platform connections are active.Interacting with panel content
Once content appears in the panel, you can:- Edit inline: Modify post text, captions, or hashtags directly in the Post Info view.
- Approve or reject: Use the approval buttons when the assistant asks for confirmation.
- Regenerate: Ask the assistant in chat to regenerate specific content (“regenerate the image with a darker background”).
- Download: Save generated assets directly from the Assets view.
- Expand chat cards: Open inline specialist or research cards to follow progress without leaving the thread.
Panel locking
During tool execution, the panel locks to the current mode so the display stays stable. Once execution finishes, you can switch modes freely again.Next steps
