Canva is an Available Creative Assets integration. It connects through Composio, so Canva’s consent screen names Composio, not daoco. Composio holds the Canva grant and runs each Canva request; daoco stores only a reference to the connected account. You can connect it now from Connections -> Integrations -> Creative Assets. No preview opt-in or Dev Testing setting is required. Connect one account per brand; to use the same account with another brand, connect it there too.

What daoco can do

  • Browse your designs, folders, assets, and brand templates, and read a design’s pages and edit link.
  • Export a design as PDF, PNG, JPG, or another format Canva offers for it.
  • Create a design, autofill a brand template, or make a resized copy.
  • Upload a daoco image to your Canva library, import a file from a URL as a new design, create folders, and comment on designs.
Every new design, resize, upload, import, autofill, folder, and comment asks for your approval in daoco first.

Limits

  • This connection does not edit individual text or layout elements in an existing design. Open the design’s edit link to make those changes in Canva.
  • Deleting, moving, renaming, and changing sharing or folder permissions are not supported.
  • Brand templates and autofill require an eligible Canva plan. Canva supports autofill on Pro and above; resize also requires premium features. Connecting an account does not upgrade its plan.
  • Access follows the account and team selected during consent. Designs and templates must be accessible to that account.
  • Exports, imports, uploads, autofills, and resizes run as jobs. The assistant waits for the job result before reporting success; available export formats depend on the design.
  • Canva’s consent includes broader permissions, including asset deletion and folder permission changes. Daoco offers only the operations listed above.

Connect Canva

Open the Canva card

In daoco, open Connections -> Integrations -> Creative Assets and choose Canva.

Approve Canva access

Choose Connect, sign in to Canva, and allow access on the Composio consent screen.

Verify from chat

Ask /integration for your five most recently edited Canva designs.

Disconnect

Disconnect Canva from its card in Connections. daoco deletes the Composio account and its stored credentials, which ends daoco’s access. Composio can stay listed among the apps connected to your Canva account; removing it there ends Composio access for that Canva account everywhere.

Canva Teams and Enterprise

Canva Teams and Enterprise admins can restrict which apps people connect. If connecting fails, ask a Canva admin to allow the Composio app in Canva’s app and integration settings, then connect again from daoco.
A separate Canva card under Dev Testing connects to Canva’s own MCP server. It stays there while Canva reviews daoco’s app.
