Google Calendar is available to every workspace. It connects through Composio: Google’s consent screen names Composio, which holds the Google access. Daoco keeps only a reference to the connected account.

What Daoco can do

  • Read. List calendars, list and search events, open one event or the instances of a recurring event, and check free and busy time.
  • Create events. With start and end times, or from a short description such as “Launch review Friday 2pm”.
  • Change events. Update the title, time, description, location, or attendees of an existing event.
Creating or changing an event asks for your approval in Daoco first. An event with attendees sends them invitations from your Google account.

Limits

  • Deleting events is not supported.
  • Sharing calendars, creating or deleting calendars, and changing calendar settings are not supported.
  • This connects one Google account’s calendars. It does not grant access to other Workspace users’ calendars beyond what that account can already see.
  • Google’s consent can request broader access than the actions Daoco offers. Composio holds that grant; Daoco exposes only the operations listed above.

Open the Google Calendar card

In Daoco, open Connections -> Integrations, choose Add integration, and pick Google Calendar under Mail & Calendar.

Approve Google access

Choose Connect, sign in with the Google account Daoco should use, and allow access on the Composio consent screen.

Verify from chat

Ask /integration to list your calendars before asking for an event.

Disconnect

Disconnect Google Calendar from its card in Connections. Daoco deletes the Composio account and its stored credentials, which ends Daoco’s access. The Composio app can stay listed in your Google account’s third-party connections. Remove it there only if no other brand or app still uses it: removing it ends Composio access for that Google account everywhere.

Google Workspace accounts

Your Google Workspace admin may limit which third-party apps can use company accounts. If so, connecting fails until they allow Composio’s app:

Open app access control

In the Google Admin console, go to Security -> Access and data control -> API controls, then choose Manage Third-Party App Access.

Find Composio

Choose Configure new app, search for Composio, and select the app Composio publishes.

Allow it

Choose who the setting applies to, set access to Trusted, and save. Then connect again from Daoco.

Google Calendar Individual

A second card, Google Calendar Individual, appears under Dev Testing when a workspace owner or admin enables Dev Testing integrations in Settings -> Preview features. It uses Daoco’s own Google sign-in and is read-only, with these permissions:
