Campaigns help you organize related posts into a launch, content series, promotion, or ongoing marketing push. You can manage campaigns from the Campaigns page or ask the campaign assistant to help from brand chat.

What campaigns help you do

  • Group draft, queued, scheduled, and published posts into one campaign.
  • See campaigns in grid or calendar views.
  • Open a campaign workspace to plan posts on a calendar.
  • Link existing draft or queued posts to a campaign.
  • Create campaign plans from chat and approve them before execution.
  • Track campaign progress from linked posts and campaign status.

Open the Campaigns page

1

Open Campaigns

Go to Campaigns from the sidebar.
2

Choose a view

Use the grid view to scan campaigns or the calendar view to see campaign timing.
3

Open a campaign

Select a campaign to open its workspace.

Create a campaign manually

Click New campaign from the Campaigns page. daoco creates a campaign and opens its workspace. From the workspace, you can:
  • Plan campaign timing.
  • Add draft or queued posts.
  • Place posts on the campaign calendar.
  • Open linked posts for review or editing.
  • Move unscheduled posts into dated slots.

Campaign workspace

The campaign workspace has two main views.

Calendar

Use Calendar to place campaign posts on dates and times. Draft or queued posts can be added to the campaign calendar and moved as the plan changes.

Plan

Use Plan to review the campaign structure and keep the campaign organized before posts are scheduled or published.

Add posts to a campaign

Campaigns work best when the posts already exist as drafts or queued posts.
1

Open the campaign workspace

Open the campaign you want to update.
2

Choose a slot

Pick where the post should go on the calendar.
3

Select a post

Choose an existing draft or queued post from the post selector.
4

Review the post

Open the linked post when you need to edit copy, media, accounts, or schedule details.
If a post was published outside daoco, paste its public URL and ask daoco to add it to the campaign.
/campaigns Add this published post to the launch campaign: https://www.linkedin.com/posts/example
daoco imports the already-published post for tracking and attribution. It does not republish or edit the post.
The published post should belong to a connected social account in your workspace. If the account is not connected, connect it first from the Connections page.

Use /campaigns in brand chat

Use /campaigns when you want the assistant to plan or build a campaign.
/campaigns Plan a 2-week launch campaign using my strongest draft posts.
/campaigns Create a campaign for our webinar and draft the first post.
The campaign assistant can:
  • Review available draft and queued posts.
  • Reuse relevant posts when you ask it to.
  • Draft new linked posts when enough detail is available.
  • Add already-published native posts from links when they belong to connected accounts.
  • Create a campaign plan for approval.
  • Create a real campaign artifact and linked draft posts when you ask it to build or create the campaign.
  • Load campaign status or campaign analytics for an existing campaign.
If there are no draft or queued posts available, daoco may ask what posts you want before it creates the campaign. This keeps campaigns from being filled with placeholder content.

Approval flow

When the assistant prepares a campaign plan, it may show a campaign workflow panel for review. Approve the plan only after checking the campaign goal, channels, timing, and posts. If you ask the assistant to create or build the campaign now, the completed flow should leave a campaign in your Campaigns page, not only a written strategy.
