What Inbox helps you do
- Review incoming comments, mentions, direct messages, and replies when supported.
- Search across conversations.
- Filter by platform.
- Switch between Open, Resolved, and Archived views.
- Refresh connected account inbox metadata.
- Read conversation details.
- Reply when the platform message supports replies.
- Add internal notes for your team.
- Resolve or archive conversations.
Open Inbox
Go to Inbox from the sidebar. The page opens with a conversation list and a detail panel. If no conversation is selected, choose one from the list to see the full thread, reply, or add a note.Search and filter
Use the toolbar to narrow the conversation list.- Search: Search message body, sender name, or sender handle.
- Platform filter: Show conversations from one platform.
- Refresh: Refresh supported account inbox state.
- Status tabs: Move between Open, Resolved, and Archived conversations.
Read a conversation
The detail panel shows:- Sender name and handle.
- Platform icon.
- Status badge.
- Message body.
- Activity timeline.
- Replies and internal notes.
- Resolve and Archive actions.
Reply or add a note
The composer has two modes.- Reply: Sends or saves a reply when the platform message supports replies.
- Note: Adds an internal note for your team.
Platform support
Inbox support varies by platform and message type. Currently supported capability types include comments, mentions, direct messages, and replies where the connected platform allows them.Pinterest and TikTok inbox support are not available in this preview.
