Account requirements

Some platforms require specific account permissions before daoco can connect, publish, or fetch account data.
  • Instagram: Requires a business or creator account. Personal accounts cannot be connected.
  • Facebook: Requires admin access to the Facebook Page you want to post to.
  • LinkedIn: Supports a personal profile or a company page you administer.
  • YouTube: Requires a YouTube channel associated with your Google account.
  • TikTok: Requirements, privacy options, and posting permissions depend on the creator account state.
  • Pinterest beta: Requires beta access for your workspace and a board selection before Pins can publish.

Publish-time behavior

Publishing and scheduling require approval. Review copy, media, target accounts, platform-specific fields, and validation warnings before approving. If a publish fails:
  • Check media type, duration, size, and aspect ratio.
  • Check text length, title, board, privacy, and other required platform fields.
  • Confirm the account is active and not restricted by the platform.
  • Reconnect expired or revoked accounts from the Connections page.
